pinning, twirling, falling, feeling the
wind and fear and adrenaline and (for
those with weaker stomachs) the rush
of a prior meal coming back up.
That’s what rides are all about. People ei-
ther love them or hate them. In either case,
they’re back in Molalla in full force this
Fourth of July.
The much-anticipated riding begins July 3
and lasts through July 6. Presale wrist bands
are $25 and are good for any single day. If
purchased at the carnival, the wrist bands will
cost $30 and must be used the day they were
bought.
All types of contraptions designed to excite,
exhilarate and terrify will sprout like dande-
lions in Clark Park prior to the celebrations.
And for a few days, those rides will bling
and shine and twirl, before the wind blows
them out of town again. Whether you’re a tod-
dler, a teen or a parent there will be something
fun for you to climb into.

Park.
