THANKSGIVING DINNER — Tigard Church of
God is offering a Thanksgiving dinner to its
neighbors, friends and families on Saturday,
Nov. 23, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. As Pastor Milt
Culver says, “This is the way we give back to
our community — a home-cooked turkey
dinner shared with our neighbors. All they
have to do is show up. We’re doing the rest.”
Church members plan to serve between 200
and 300 meals, hoping to ensure no one in
their community goes hungry or sits alone
at a time when there’s so much to be thank-
ful for. This is the fourth year the church has
sponsored a Thanksgiving meal. Dinner is
served at Tigard Church of God on 15670
