The Canby Clinic opened in 1971 thanks to the
vision of its community. To build the clinic, dedicated
volunteers formed a committee to sell $5 bonds to
residents, which were eventually paid back. Dr. Dan
Hughson joined in 1984 and Kori Anderson, FNP,
joined the clinic in September 2012. As of July, we are excited
to introduce a third provider, Dr. Rean Goelst. Kori and Dr.
Goelst are available to see families and children.
Our clinic utilizes an Electronic Medical Record system allow-
ing for quicker and more accurate interaction within the clinic
and with other medical facilities involved in your care.
Our expanded medical records (EMR) system allows our
patient’s access to Online Services such as:
Reviewing Lab Results, Requesting Medication Refills,
Requesting Appointments, Emailing Providers and Making
Payments Online.
We are a Family Practice that includes Primary Care services
for all ages, immunizations, Lab/X-ray, EKGs, on-the-job worker
injuries, skin biopsies, ultrasounds, Pediatrics and Internal
Medicine.
Pacific Medical Group is a NCQA Recognized Medical Home.

size the use of systematic, patient-centered, coordinated care
