For 66 years and for three generations the Martin family has been providing first
class service and the best prices on quality furniture. Walter Martin opened Martin's
Furniture & Appliance Co. in Molalla in 1947. Sixteen years later he
established the Canby store in its' current location, 3.5 miles out South Ivy Street.
Two of Walt's sons, Robert (Bob) and Neil, were the second generation to be
involved in the family business, each working for approximately 40 years at the
store before retiring. Now the third generation is continuing on in the family
tradition with Walt's grandsons Neil and Joel.
Martin's Town & Country Furniture continues to offer the community the best
selection in quality furniture at the best prices with brands such as La-Z-Boy,
Tempur-pedic, Trend Manor, Howard Miller and many others.
Martin's would like to thank the community of Canby as well as the many
additional local communities that have supported them throughout the years, and
