The Canby Clinic opened in 1971 thanks to a
vision shared with this community. A committee
to build the clinic was formed and dedicated
volunteers sold $5 bonds to residents, which have
been paid back. Dr. Lynn Kadwell and Dr. Dan
Hughson joined the practice in 1974 and 1984.
Kori Anderson, FNP, is our newest provider joining
us in 2012.
We are excited to introduce a fourth provider,
Dr. Rean Goelst, who will be joining the practice
in July 2013.
Our providers appreciate the opportunity to assist
you and your family with your health care needs.
