rian Earl Haines, owner of Canby Music, has been proud to be a
part of the downtown Canby business community since 2008. Brian
has a degree in Music Business fromMusician’s Institute in Hollywood,
California, and has toured across the U.S. playing well over 500 shows
in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, California, Nevada, Montana, Wyoming,
New Mexico, Texas, North Dakota, Minnesota, Tennessee, Georgia,
Florida and West Virginia.
Brian offers music lessons for the Guitar, Drums, Bass and Ukelele.

Steve Van Gordon is a full time professional auctioneer operating primarily in the western United
States. He has sold over 2,000 properties at auction since 1978, and has won a number of state and
