Canby HealthCare Clinic LLC began in 1994 and continues to be a Nurse Prac

the Canby area. Services provided include, physical exams, women’s health, dia
yper-
tension, diabetes, asthma/COPD, and arthritis. We also handle workers compensation injuries, industrial medicine, and labo-
ratory screening for drugs of abuse. We accept most insurance including
Medicare and Medicaid. We are now certified as a freestanding rural health
clinic and provide a sliding fee scale for patients who have no insurance and
meet income guidelines. We offer same-day appointments for urgent care.
Our very experienced staff includes: Nicholas Gideonse, MD, Giselle Ondetti,
FNP-C, and Jacqueline Beckwith, FNP-C. We pride ourselves in providing
caring and compassionate primary care and are always accepting new

Darrell and Kathy Wagner began their career in taxes working for
the Internal Revenue Service in Dayton, Ohio in the early 1970’s.
They transferred to the Portland, Oregon IRS office in 1978 while
working in the Audit Division. Darrell opened his own tax and
accounting practice in the Canby area in 1984. Kathy joined Darrell
in February, 1991, after spending nine years with the worldwide
C.P.A. firm of Ernst and Young.
For both business and personal tax preparation and planning,
Darrell and Kathy look forward to offering you their assistance, not
just at tax time, but throughout the year as questions may arise.
