Millar’s Hiway Tire Factory was started in 1960 by Jim Millar
in a small shop on Hwy. 99E. As a youngster, Steve Millar
worked at the tire shop and eventually became a partner with
his father. In 1988, Jim decided to retire fromHiway Tire, so Steve
purchased the store.
We are now part of the Tire Factory Group which to you means,
when you purchase a tire from us, 200+ stores in 11 Western
states are ready to serve you. We are your one stop shop to take
care of tires, tune ups, oil changes, brakes, and much more.
