Lace & Lead Band
Lace & Lead is a West Coast country band and songwriting
team that brings a fresh new sound to country music. Based
out of Portland, the group's quality songwriting, dynamic per-
formances, rich 3-4-part harmonies, and their unique take on
classic and modern country music is gaining them recognition
throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
The band began as two separate projects, a songwriting duo
between Emily Tanke and Matt Hundley, and a country band
fronted by singer Trysh Hill.
When Trysh, Emily and Matt first tried singing together, the
three-part harmonies came naturally, and they knew that com-
bining the two groups into one would produce country gold.
The six-piece country band is innovating and revitalizing
country music in the Pacific Northwest, while staying true to
the roots of the genre. They continue to build a supportive
community of fans and friends through local radio and ven-
ues.
Lace & Lead will be performing at the Clackamas County Fair
on Thursday, Aug. 15 and Friday, Aug. 16.
