is All About Clean. By that, we mean that cleanliness is
important to her, and also that she is the 15-year owner,
president and supervisor of All About Clean, LLC. They
offer home and business cleaning solutions, construction
cleaning, as well as home detailing, move-in/move-out
cleaning, party preparation and clean-up, and even “green
cleaning.” It’s her hard work and dedication, as well as an
extreme amount of pride in doing a job right the rst time
that gets her repeat customers. Her customers know that
for Tamara, it’s cleaning with a loving touch that’s important.
Many of her clients feel like members of her own family.
Tamara began All About Clean 15 years ago as a way of
giving herself some exible hours. That exibility allowed
her to spend time with her children, which allowed her to be a
better mom. She and her husband Mark share three children, Mark’s
22-year-old son Zach who is a plumbing apprentice, Tamara’s 22-year-old
daughter Lexi who is a pre-school teacher and going to MHCC, and her beautiful
16-year-old daughter Cheyanne. Tamara and Mark became grandparents a
couple years ago when they welcomed Aaliyah who is age 2 into this world!
When she’s not detailing rooms at a client’s home or of ce, Tamara loves
hiking, camping, swimming, gol ng, travelling and just generally enjoying the
wonderful Columbia River Gorge. Her most recent passion is sur ng.

Kathy Clancy has been a barber for 35 years and is
owner of Troutdale Barber Shop, which recently relocated to
146 Buxton. Kathy has owned the barbershop for 22 years.
She and Nikki provide men and women’s barber cuts and
styles, including fades, at top, crew cuts, straight edge neck
shaves, military and long hair styles for men. You will also
nd services for licensed massage therapy and acupuncture,
offered by private practitioners within the building.
“My grandmother was a hairdresser and it fascinated
me to watch her, so that’s how I caught the bug for this
business”, says Kathy. She attended a tech school in Seattle
for cosmetology and then returned to Portland to receive her Oregon certi cation in
barbering.
Kathy says there are “not as many old style barber shops around anymore,
especially those that offer any type of shaving”. She enjoys and appreciates every one
of her customers and has learned much from them. Kathy’s dog, Rockie, accompanies
her to work and works as greeter to customers at Troutdale Barber Shop.
Kathy has 2 children. Her son Kyle is 27 and an iron worker and her
daughter, Kelsey is 25 and a cell phone representative. Kelsey is mother to
Kathy’s two precious granddaughters, Peyton and Ava.
Kathy says “when I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with
Peyton & Ava, family and friends. I also enjoy shing, boating, watching
Seahawks games and traveling.
