Cold fried chicken sandwich at Lardo
No one goes hungry at Lardo, where fried chicken is
merely a starting point. Served cold, picnic style, a gen-
erously breaded hunk of juicy meat is balanced on a roll
with shredded lettuce, bacon and blue cheese dressing.
But what really makes this sandwich a winner are the
pickles, a bit of crisp vinegar to keep the taste buds from swooning.
