8 Who’s Who
2013
During times of crisis, few
things in life are as comforting
as someone who has walked in your shoes.
“We are a safe house for women and chil-
dren needing help breaking the cycle of abuse
and violence,” says Becky Coleman, director
and founder of My Sister’s House. “I’ve ex-
perienced first-hand what the women I help
have gone through and that experience has
given me the heart to help women in these
situations.”
Becky opened the faith-based facility 8
years ago, after “God gave me a vision and I
pursued it,” she says. Residents are expected
to attend church services, Bible studies and
daily devotions. They are also offered classes
in self-discovery and learn ways to heal their
wounds. Armed with understanding and
compassion from her own past, Becky is pas-
sionate about providing women with the tools
necessary to change their lives.
“I love watching the hand of God move in
a life, transforming, healing and creating,”
she says. “Children learn to trust, relax and
receive love. Their moms discover a lot about
themselves. I always remind them that I love
them enough to give them a fresh start and
too much to leave them where they are.”
Becky is the mother of three grown daugh-
ters and grandmother of eight, who all help
out at My Sister’s House. Her daughters pub-
lish a newsletter, write grants and provide
weekend relief. Her twin brother helps with
yard work and her grandchildren help make
the resident children feel welcome.
In her spare time, Becky enjoys jogging,
knitting and gardening and admits to being
“crazy” about the Portland Trailblazers and
Oregon Ducks.

hen navigating the maze of insurance cov-
erage, you want a guide who knows which
path is best for you.
“I help people understand what insurance is and
what it isn’t,” says Rick Stubblefield, agency owner
for Farmer’s Insurance. “I sell services to meet your
individual needs and peace of mind.”
Specializing in auto, home, life and commercial
insurance, Rick believes that serving his customers doesn’t end once the
ink dries on their policy. His passion to be there for his clients has been the
focus of his business for 14 years.
“What I’m really selling is me,” he adds, “and what I can do for you after
the sale. I want you to get the best service possible.”
Rick is a fifth-generation Oregonian, with strong ties to the Enterprise/
Joseph area of Eastern Oregon. His great-grandfather is credited as one of the
founding fathers of Enterprise.
He and wife, Patty, are the parents of three grown children.
