I perform complete bookkeeping and payroll functions
plus of ce administration when and if needed. For ex-
ample, for construction-type clients, I assure that we have
insurance certs, licensing, W9s, etc. from subcontractors
and we supply what is needed to general contractors.
I perform these tasks in a variety of ways depending on
the needs of the client:

- Either complete bookkeeping, payroll, paying all bills, invoicing, reconciling, etc.

- Post to Quickbooks what the the client has either started or is doing by hand and
reconcile it so we have accurate nancials.

- Or just give it to me in a “box”.
I have been married to my husband, Ken, for 8+ years. I have been doing bookkeep-
ing and administrative duties for 40 years. I am a Pro-Advisor for Quickbooks. I have
clients from construction, sales, services, investments, and personal accounts.
