Triple Chocolate Orange Cheesecake

his cake cannot be any
more chocolately and deli-
cious, a perfect way to cel-
ebrate a birthday or just
an excellent dessert. The recipe is
gluten-free friendly, too.
Ingredients
1½ cup almond flour
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoon maple syrup
5 bars Kallari chocolate bars 70
percent
¼ teaspoon ginger
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
4 8-ounce packages of cream
cheese
1¼ cup sugar
4 large eggs
orange zest
Directions for crust
1. Preheat the oven to 325 de-
grees.
2. Mix together almond flour, but-
ter, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and
maple syrup in a bowl.
3. In a double boiler, melt one bar
of chocolate (2.46 ounces) and add
to the mixture
4. Press the crust into an 8-inch
springform pan and bake for 10
minutes, let sit until filling is ready
For the Filling
1. Blend cream cheese in a mixer.
2. Add sugar and orange zest to
the mixture and continue to mix.
3. In a separate bowl mix eggs
and add to the cream cheese mix-
ture.
4. Melt in the double boiler 3 bars
of chocolate and add to the mixture.
5. Pour filling over crust.
6. Bake for 1½ hours.
7. Remove from oven and let chill
in the refrigerator overnight.
8. Use one bar of chocolate to
make chocolate curl topping.
9. Place over cheesecake with
whipped cream and orange curl for
decoration.
