Camry
The Toyota Camry has been the best-selling passenger car in
America for well over a decade. The 2012 Camry is completely
redesigned and may be the most improved car in its class this
year. The new Camry offers more aggressive styling, more per-
formance, and a new hybrid that rivals its V6-powered stable-
mate for power and handling while delivering an amazing 43
MPG on the highway.

Prius
Toyota is expanding its Prius to an entire family of vehicles, in-
cluding the standard hybrid Prius and its plug-in hybrid coun-
terpart. This year, you can see the new midsize Prius v, aimed at
young families with over 50-percent more interior cargo space
than the basic Prius. The 2012 Prius family has received a basic
visual updating on the outside, and new features inside includ-
ing a standard 6.1-inch Display Audio system with USB for iPod
connectivity and control, Bluetooth with phone book access for
hands-free calling and music streaming, and a more advanced
Multi-Information Display.

VOLKSWAGEN
Founded in the 1930s to produce affordable cars in Europe,
Volkswagen is today one of Europe’s largest groups of automak-
ers. Volkswagen captured American hearts and minds with the
legendary Type 1 or Beetle beginning in 1957, and today sells a
full line of passenger cars and SUVs in the United States. Leading
the brand’s green lineup is the Jetta TDI, a small displacement
turbo-diesel available as a sedan or wagon. Take a look at the
redesigned Volkswagen Beetle - now more aggressive and with
improved performance, and the more-affordable 2012 Passat.
Beetle
The venerable “New Beetle” got its first major update in 13 years,
revising the car’s sunny, rounded looks with a more aggressive
design for 2012. The new model is longer, lower, and wider than
the previous model, and an entirely new interior that empha-
sizes the car’s 8 decades of history. Check out the turbocharged
2.0-liter engine with DSG manual shifting automatic for best
performance.

Jetta TDI
The 2012 model year brings out the sportiest, most perfor-
mance-focused Jetta yet-the turbocharged Jetta GLI. With this
addition, VWoffers 12 unique models under the Jetta nameplate,
with a choice of three gasoline engines-2.0L, 2.5L and 2.0L TSI
turbo-plus the 42 highway mpg TDI Diesel. Standard features
on all Jettas include air conditioning, one-touch auto up/down
power windows, power locks with keyless entry, and power
heated exterior mirrors, along with a host of safety features
such as Electronic Stability Control, six airbags, ABS braking and
Volkswagen’s Intelligent Crash Response System.

Passat
The big news on the VW Passat sedan for 2012 is that the base
price is just $19,995 for a well-equipped five-cylinder model
with standard dual-zone climate control, Bluetooth connectivity,
steering wheel audio controls, and all scheduled maintenance
covered for up to three years. The turbo-diesel Passat TDI is the
only diesel option in the segment, and boasts 43 miles per gal-
lon on the highway, with a cruising range of approximately 800
miles.

Touareg
The Volkswagen Touareg SUV was completely redesigned last
year, and now VW is adding new navigation options with an 8-
inch color touchscreen interface, and a 6-disc CD changer. Volk-
swagen offers the 2012 Touareg with three powertrain choices,
including Volkswagen’s hybrid engine. Engine options include
the 3.0L V6 supercharged hybrid, 3.0L V6 TDI clean diesel and
3.6L V6 gasoline enine, all mated to Volkswagen’s eight-speed
transmission and the 4MOTION all wheel drive system.

VOLVO
Sweden’s legendary automaker Volvo is known for its commit-
ment to safe driving, and no other automaker doesmore research
and development into safety features. But Volvo is also about
quality, fun driving cars, and a particularly Scandinavian view
of luxury. Volvos are known for their excellent design and good
value. The brand’s new 2012 S60 R-Design combines state of the
art safety, attractive design, and exhilarating performance.
C30
The C30 is the car that revived Volvo’s history of sports models,
with its 227 horsepower turbocharged 5-cylinder engine, this
was the Volvo hatchback that challenged the Japanese sport
compacts. Now for 2012, the C30 has received new streaming au-
dio capabilities for Pandora and Grooveshark. What’s the same is
the C30’s extensive list of standard features, including Bluetooth
hands-free phone support, extensive use of leather, and a fully
modern 8-speaker sound system.

S60
Volvo introduced the S60 sport sedan two years ago, and added
the high-performance R-Design version for the 2012 model year.
The 2012 Volvo S60 features all wheel drive, a turbocharged 6-
cylinder engine, and a host of standard Volvo safety features,
including accident avoidance technologies such as CitySafe,
which prevents low-speed accidents. The 2012 S60 also includes
the world’s first automatic pedestrian detection system, which
will automatically stop the car from speeds under 22 mph if a
pedestrian steps in front of the vehicle.

XC60
The 2012 XC60 lineup adds an R-Design performance edition to
Volvo’s newest crossover utility vehicle. Armed with the usual ar-
ray of Volvo safety devices and the brand’s well-known quality
and luxury features, the XC60 is a clear leader in the crossover
segment. The XC60 features CitySafe, which allows the car to
brake automatically at speeds lower than 18 mph if it detects an
imminent and unavoidable collision with a stopped or slower
car, and Volvo’s pedestrian detection system. Blind spot detec-
tion and tired driver warnings are also included.
