feel, and is situated at the north end
of West Linn between Skyline, Hid-
den Springs and Robinwood neigh-
borhoods. Residents enjoy great
views of West Linn and surrounding
communities.
Parker Crest
The Parker Crest Neighborhood is
located in the central portion of the
City, and it feels like a comfortable
“home town” within the city. As a mi-
crocosm of the larger community, it
includes eight Home Owner Associa-
tions, over 600 residences, numer-
ous home-based businesses, the
Adult Community Center, and bounti-
ful open spaces running adjacent to
Tanner Creek. A focal point for the
community is Tanner Creek Park, the
community is host to events such as
Music In The Park; and enjoys ame-
nities associated with the Skate Park;
Toddler Park, Basketball Courts, Ten-
nis Courts, and a Covered Patio.
Skyline Ridge
Skyline Ridge is perched high atop
Marylhurst Drive and has sweeping
views of Mt. Hood, Mt. St. Helens
and Mt. Adams. Most of the homes
in the area are upscale family dwell-
ings and are often seen in the many
parks and greenspaces that dot the
neighborhood.
Sunset
The Sunset Neighborhood Associ-
ation works to support our Neighbor-
hood Vision as found in our Neigh-
borhood Plan adopted in November
of 2008 - The Sunset Neighborhood
is a safe, welcoming and family-
friendly community. Sunset residents
take pride in their neighborhood’s
diversity, natural beauty, access to
open space and residential charm.
We seek to preserve, enhance
and celebrate the neighborhood’s
character as it is enjoyed today. More
information can be found through the
City of West Linn’s website.
