rowth of the regional shopping
mall, the advent of multi-use
development,
development
within the urban growth boundary,
communities enlivened by visitors
and residents; all are part of the North
Clackamas County’s reach into the fu-
ture while holding in esteem the past
that brought us here.

245,000 square feet of new retail/

that open to the public plazas and

continues to evolve, with homes and
retail space as well as commercial of-

The

the Overland Park neighborhood, as a

transportation and recreational op-
portunities.
Clearly the North Clackamas area is
undergoing great change and invest-
ment now and in the upcoming years.
It is a great location that is only get-
ting better as it transitions into a fully
developed regional center.
Growing
The North Clackamas area has seen substantial investment and new development in
the past few years.
How great it is to be able to
work, live, play and advocate
for the community and the
place that I love. In my work
as a public policy mediator
I traveled around the west
understanding other commu-
nities and their issues. Now,
I can focus all my attention
here in my own backyard. I am
honored to have been selected
to serve my county.
Jamie Damon,
Clackamas
County
Commissioner
