hat’s new, incredibly
artistic and delicious
during an already
outstanding schedule of events
at Lake Oswego Festival of the
Arts?
It’s the Cultural Tapestry Din-
ner, created in partnership with
the Confederated Tribes of
Grand Ronde. The Cultural Tap-
estry Dinner, benefiting Lake-
wood Center for the Arts, honors
Native American traditions and
indigenous foods that are woven
into the culture of our region.
On Saturday, June 22, at 6 p.m.,
Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts
invites you to this rare opportu-
nity to enjoy a menu designed
by the Confederated Tribes of
Grand Ronde featuring indig-
enous foods and cultural celebra-
tions.
The dinner will be hosted al
fresco at George Rogers Park, ad-
jacent to the historic Oswego Iron
Furnace, overlooking the Wil-
lamette River. The Festival is an
arts education event created and
staged by Lakewood Center for
the Arts and a portion of the pro-
ceeds from the Cultural Tapestry
Dinner will benefit the center.
MENU
Appetizer Course
Roasted hazelnuts, dried blueberries and cherries with raw honeycomb, smoked venison pate, handmade whole-
ground bread rounds
Fresh mussels with local herbed dip
Fresh wild caught crab bites
Salad Course
Fennel apple coleslaw
Dinner Course
Wild caught salmon atop local mixed greens, wild maple and huckleberry sauce
Hand-baked mixed local herb breads with local goat cheese and dried cranberry butters
Traditional fry bread with crab apple jam
Dessert Course
Assortment of local artistic cakes
Wines
Regional wines served at each table. VIP tables to receive reserved seating and four bottles of estate paired wines.
Tickets
Seating is limited and tickets are now available through culturaltapestrydinner.ticketleap.com/dine.
Individual and table seating available
Dinner tickets are $85 each.
Reserved VIP and corporate tables for seating up to eight are available for $1,000.
Shuttle and Parking
Parking will be available at Marylhurst University located at 17600 Pacific Highway and roundtrip shuttle service will
be provided from the university to the Cultural Tapestry Dinner beginning at 5:15 p.m.
