Queso Deluxe atTrigger
Queso is always a guilty plea-
sure, but Trigger lays it on thick
with chunks of brisket that are
almost as melty as the melty or-
ange cheese (or is that “cheese
product”?). It’s served with scoop of guacamole
in the center, and a basket of crackling white tor-
tilla chips that seem to have been made just sec-
onds before.
