SoutheastWine Collective

surprisingly cozy bar nested into a huge
warehouse space.

10 p.m. Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sun-

ENSOWinery
Simplicity is the word at ENSO, a small
working winery on Southeast Stark Street
whose name means “an expression of the
moment.” In addition to ENSO’s own
wines, you can sample other Oregon
wines, beer, and Olympic Provisions
charcuterie. The place is spacious and
funky, with a garage door that swings
open to let in the summer air.
4 to 10 p.m. Monday-Friday, 2 p.m. to
10 p.m. Saturday-Sunday,
1416 S.E. Stark St., 503-
683-3676, ensowinery.com
Cyril’s at Clay
PigeonWinery
Friendly and chic,
Cyril’s appears to have
fallen from the sky and
landed at random near
the base of Sandy Boulevard. The loca-
tion makes more sense when you realize
that it began as a wine production facili-
ty that now offers food, drink, hospitali-
ty, a party room, views
of the romantically
bleak surroundings
and a detour-worthy
selection of cheeses.
Noon to 4 p.m. Mon-
day, noon to 9 p.m
Tuesday-Thursday, noon to 10 p.m. Friday,
4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, closed Sunday,
