Steve Mitchell, MSPT is a manual therapist
who truly loves his job. With over twenty-five
years of experience, he delivers a wealth of
knowledge, experience, and compassion to his
patients, staff and the doctors with whom he
works. Steve enjoys the individualized attention
he is able to give patients and the opportunity
to teach and coach everyone he treats. He feels
lucky to be working alongside a dedicated and
experienced team of therapists.
The Mitchell Physical Therapy team uses a
wide variety of techniques, including manual
therapy and theraputic exercises, to treat every-
thing from back pain to headaches as well as
taking you through your post operative reha-
bilitation. Are you suffering from neck pain or
lower back pain? Is your golf or tennis game not
as strong due to elbow or shoulder discomfort?
They specialize in treating these issues.
Patients needing post surgical treatments for
knee, hip, shoulder or rotator cuff repair will re-
ceive excellent care. Mitchell Physical Therapy
also can help you return to sports training or
put together a running program for you.
Steve graduated from the Pacific University
physical therapy program. In his free time he
is an avid University of Michigan fan and en-
joys spending time in Sun River with his wife,
3 children and golden retriever. As a big sports
enthusiast he is aware of how certain muscles
and joints are affected by overuse. He really en-
joys getting people back on their feet and doing
activities they love. As a golf enthusiast himself,
he understands how important it can be to get
back in the swing of things!
