Oregon City) for an incredible selection of holiday trees. The 45-acre
farm grows more than 12 varieties and offers pre-cut, U-cut and
you-point/we-cut trees. Discover trees that have been meticulously trimmed
months ago, to natural unpruned trees and everything in between.
Celebrate the season with a fresh, lovely Merrywood tree which
includes Noble, Grand, Douglas,
Balsam, Spruce, Nordmann,White
Pine, Turkish Fir, Scotch Pine and
Fraser varieties. For a pretty and
durable tree check out the Turkish
Firs. The trimmed Nobles are drop-
dead gorgeous and the Nordmanns
are perfect for decorating. The
strong branches have attractive
dark green and bright green
flattened needles that seldom
shed. These trees have been used
for many years in Europe and are
quickly gaining popularity here.
Merrywood has cultivated many
of these absolutely beautiful, long
lasting trees.
Find trees from two-foot table
toppers to 18-foot majestic show-
shoppers. Browse the premium
assortment of pre-cut trees or
wander across
15 acres of trees
and admire the
forest of trees in a
park-like setting.

nearby. Call tree
farmer Bill at 503-
307-2495 and
help is on the way.
Trees start at $15.
During your
stay, warm up
in the Carriage
House and collect
natural wreaths, swags and green centerpieces. Take a keepsake photo in
the barn/museum, housing a collection of old farm equipment and stop by
the wildlife display. During the weekends, learn about the animals from Bill
and Susan's grandson and purchase a handmade bluebird house made by
Harold Potter (proceeds go to the Bluebird Recovery Program). And, the kids
will love a weekend pony ride.
Follow the blue travel sign to Christopher Bridge Cellars south off of
Highway 213. Just beyond, the white picket fence leads to Merrywood Farm.
During July, the property is rented for events and nuptials.
Starting November 23, the tree business is open every day until dark
