namic mortgage lending and servicing operations in
Boise, ID. IHFA purchases/originates up to $700 million/
year in residential mortgage loans, and currently holds a
$2.5 billion mortgage portfolio. IHFA works with virtually
all loan types and funds loans through bond programs
and other secondary mortgage market outlets including
the GNMA TBA market, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac.
IHFA provides full loan servicing functions including fore-
closure mitigation and counseling, deeds in lieu, and
REO disposition.
Qualified candidate will have professional, “hands-on”
experience in a wide range of lending and servicing func-
tions. Secondary mortgage market experience is desira-
ble. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of
professional experience is required.
