local businesses identify the best resources
for all their export needs.

The city engages in regular tours of
key industries to stay current with the
direction, challenges, and successes of
the community. These tours consist of
individual business visits and provide an
opportunity for Mayor Doyle, along with
community and economic development
staff, to respond to company needs through
a variety of valuable resources. The on-the-
ground assessment of local employers and
target industries allows for customized
industry reports on trends and forecasts,
lists of potential suppliers of materials
and services specific to the operation, and
information on public financing and low-
cost loans.
