The Wild Arts Festival will

CRYSTAL SPRINGS RHODODENDRON GARDEN
Nestled near Reed College, this park is a diverse garden
oasis located at Southeast 28th Avenue and Woodstock
Boulevard in Southeast Portland. Admission is free during
the winter, but donations are always accepted.
