RUN FOR THE LOVE OF
DOVE 5K
— The Port-

who love a good run, and
for being dog friendly.
Combining
those two
things is

Dove 5K, a
race that
benefits

PRESIDENTIAL HISTORY COLLECTION
— This summer, the Oregon History Muse-
um is home to a world-class collection of
presidential history never before shown to
the public. Acquired for 50-plus years, the
Mark Family Collection is full of more than
120 artifacts that represent important mo-
ments in American history. The collection
will be on display from June 15 through Oct.

ton’s report on the Destruction of the Somerset, a
payment to Meriwether Lewis signed by Thomas
Jefferson and a 1865 wanted poster that seeks to
find Abraham Lincoln’s assassin. Guided tours will
be available on Wednesdays, Fridays and Satur-
days at noon and 2 p.m. The museum is located at
1200 S.W. Park Ave., in downtown Portland. For
