ART IN LAKE
OSWEGO
— Lake
Oswego’s “Gallery
Without Walls” has
dozens of pieces of
contemporary art
created by local art-
ists located through-
out the city. To see
them all, check out
the Art Council of
Lake Os-
wego’s
current
art-walk
guide.
The or-
ganiza-
tion also
has a
new museum at 510
S.W. First Street. For
more information,
call 503-675-3738 or
visit lofa.org.
OREGON BREWER’S FESTIVAL
— With 84 craft beers from around the country, the
Oregon Brewers Festival takes over Waterfront Park July 24-28. Whether you like fruity
beers, prefer your IPAs gluten free or can’t wait to try this season’s dark stout, there’s some-
thing for everyone. Children are allowed with parents, though dogs are not permitted at the
festival. After 25 years of plastic mugs, the festival will offer tasting glasses for purchase this
year, a move toward better taste quality and more earth friendly because glass is more eas-
ily recycled. For more information, visit oregonbrewfest.com.
