Millar’s Hiway Tire Factory was started in 1960 by Jim Millar

in a small shop on Hwy. 99E. As a youngster, Steve Millar
worked at the tire shop and eventually became a partner with
his father. In 1988, Jim decided to retire from Hiway Tire, so Steve

purchased the store.
We are now part of the Tire Factory Group which to you means,

when you purchase a tire from us, 200+ stores in 11 Western A
states are ready to serve you. We are your one stop shop to take .LG
care of tires, tune ups, oil changes, brakes, and much more.

Owner Jennifer Montgomery has 23 years of cosmetology

experience and is also certified to do hair extensions. Stylists Dawn

Mullins has over 9 years of experience & Shelly Parsons over 23 years
of experience, specializing in perms. Joining the Hearts & Hair team is

Caroline Cregger. Caroline specializes in waxing, facials and chemical

peels, joining Hearts & Hair last September.
They open Monday through Saturday at

10:00 am and accept evening appointments
on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
