n 1971, Ernie Graham purchased the Union Oil distributorship on 99E and began serving the Canby-Aurora-Molalla

areas. Ernie and his wife, Irva, started a tradition that we are still trying to live by: working in and serving the local
community.

Currently, son-in-laws Brian Olson and Dave Duval are managing the company which incorporated in 1984. A Pacific
Pride franchise was purchased in 1987 and Canby’s only commercial automated fueling site was built. In 1996 the Pacific

Pride site was expanded to accommodate a growing diesel market. Business has changed over the years from a heating

oil/farming base to one which is more commercially diversified. As the community has changed, our customers have
needed an ever changing mix of petroleum products. We still seek to deliver a quality product at a fair price with

exceptional service.
Roy Hofer and Daryl LaClef have joined Dave as our ‘fleet’ of drivers. Roy started in 2012, he grew up in the area with

farming and mechanic experience. Daryl started in the fall of 2006 but grew up in the area and still has roots here. He brings

a wide-range of work experience with a background in farming and cattle.
Our staff includes Nancy Miles and Danny Carpenter. Nancy handles the office, phones and keeps us running as smooth

as possible by taking care of the details. Danny takes care of warehousing, delivering lubricants, and handles office duties.
Being a community based business not only means providing a product and/or service to a local community, it means a

whole lot more. It means being integrated into the community, a lesson we learned from Ernie and Irva. The owners and
A
staff of Ernie Graham Oil not only work here, we live here, 43 years and counting!
