Top chefs will give advice for outdoor cooking
This year’s Yard, Garden & Patio Show, also will feature a series of outdoor
cooking classes from noted Portland-area chefs.
Featured executive chefs include:
Chris Hudock (Oswego Grill)
Scott Neuman (Oba Restaurante)
Michael Broderick (Trader Vic’s Portland)
Kevin Kennedy (BRIX Tavern)
Alfredo Godinez (Hayden’s Lakefront Grill)
“A major part of outdoor living is out-
door cooking,” said Allan Niemi of
the Oregon Association of Nurseries.
“We’re very pleased to have a diverse
array of the area’s finest chefs to teach
the best techniques.”
All cooking classes will be
held at YGP’s Tuscan-inspired
Outdoor Cooking Piazza, pro-
vided by Mutual Materials.
