Stonehenge Terrace, the 2013 site of choice,
promises to be among the best in years. We have nine beauti-
ful homes that should take your breath away. Each home boasts
a unique style to match a wide range of homeowners and all of
them showcase the absolute latest trends in home design.
This year’s teams of builders together with scores of the area’s
finest construction contractors, landscapers, interior designers,
realtors and furniture suppliers have unleashed their creativity
and passion for building to create a place where we can see the
stuff of dreams. As you tour this year’s homes, take a few extra
minutes to notice the hard work of all the craftsmen who have
put a little something extra into everything from hand-finished
moldings to inlaid tiles.
The Street is
the
place to find new ideas for making your home
better suited to your individual needs and desires. Get great ideas
from these homes then take them to your house and make them
your own. You can find many industry professionals that can help
you bring your dreams to reality inside this magazine. Be sure to

On behalf of the Home Builders Association of
Metropolitan Portland, the show’s builders, and
the entire home building community, I welcome
you to the 2013 NW Natural Street of Dreams
presented by Community Financial/Banner
Bank and Standard TV & Appliance.
We are pleased to present nine of the Portland area’s finest
homes on large one acre lots in beautiful West Linn. These large
view lots provided the designers and builders in this year’s show
a tremendous opportunity to be creative and innovative. The
homes range in size from 4,100 to nearly 6,300 square feet and
are inspired by a variety of architectural styles from that of Euro-
pean Chateau to an American Country Lodge. These are no doubt
timeless designs, but also incorporate all of the latest state-of-
the-art conveniences and amenities you can find in a new home.
It’s important to remember that this show would not be possi-
