The warm breezes of Nantucket have reached the west coast, and
they ow through the halls of
Clearhaven
. Cool hues and luxurious
surfaces greet you, and the warm sounds of family life and laughter
invite you to stay. The open kitchen is likely to be the heart of the
home with elegant nishes and gourmet appliances while remain-
ing laid back and casual with plenty of spaces to gather and
converse. Enjoy your culinary experience in the di erent
stations: gathering items from the walk-in pantry, ready-
ing the meat and vegetables in the prep room, and exe-
cuting it all in the large kitchen. After the urry of creating
a delicious meal, relax and enjoy it in the comforts of the
spacious breakfast room with soaring ceilings and sunlight
dancing in the windows.
Float through the day enjoying your time in many spaces
of the home, such as the handsome study with a grand re-
place anked by bookshelves. Curl up with a languid novel in the
lookout of the turret – that is if you can nd the hidden access. In
the larger portion of the second level, the recreational area o ers a
space for rainy day fun with a room that whispers of forts and mis-
chief, and a wet bar that can be stocked with milk and cookies.
As sunlight fades, a delicious meal in the dining area is likely to be
lled with laughter at the day’s adventures bouncing o the walls
and co ered ceiling. Conversation is likely to continue around the

Relax and oat in the tranquil pool, or take a trip down the water-
slide and make a splash! After fun in the sun head over to the pool
house to rinse o in the outdoor shower. Enjoy the sounds of laugh-
ter and family as you prepare an elaborate meal on the outdoor built
in BBQ. As the sun begins to fade gather around the beautiful stone
replace and enjoy the glow and warmth as it resonates throughout
the home.
