This 1280-square-foot addition and full remodel
turned an already stately home into a picture of
elegance.
The exterior siding and brick work were
matched, making the addition seem as if it had
always been a part of the house.
The interior received a beautiful tile floor,
expanded kitchen and family living room space.
The once unused family room was turned into the
dining room. The old, unused dining room is now
part of the family room/living room. Retractable
doors allow the space to be fully opened up to the
gorgeous outdoor area.
The kitchen was expanded and was opened to the spaces
at both ends. A massive island with prep sink makes this
kitchen stylish and functional.
The jewel of this kitchen is the massive walnut valance
mounted over the stone surround of the cooktop. The
master bedroom was expanded and a new master suite was
created, featuring vessel sinks and a fantastic tub for long
soaks at the end of the day.
The hall bath received a complete tile makeover
featuring an inlaid tile rug and shower accent. The entry-
level powder room was outfitted with new floor and a new
vanity featuring sparkling Orion granite and a glass vessel
sink. Scrumptious!
