These events inClackamas, Columbia, Multnomah,Washington
and Yamhill counties are among themany highlights of this year’s
Oregon Days of Culture. For more information on these or other
Oregon Days of Culture events, held Oct. 1 to 8 throughout the
state, please go to the website

.
First with their own strength and
sweat, later with oxen, horses and
steampower, the loggers of the last cen-
tury cut the trees that built the cities of
the Pacific Northwest. Through vintage
photographs, antique tools, and a rare
motion picture film, youwill be amazed
at the effort and ingenuity that was log-
ging in the glory days.
Exhibit is included with museum ad-
mission.
