ife is all about people, and all
the world’s a stage, and we are
just the players on it as Wil-
liam Shakespeare said in “As you like
it.” There are some stages, however,
that have special groups of people on
them, and in the North Clackamas
area that’s generally

The arts play an integral part in any
thriving community, and that’s very ap-
parent in North Clackamas. Along with
the repertory and community acting
groups all the high schools showcase
strong drama and music classes with a
wide variety of live entertainment for
all ages.
Painting, ceramics, dance, sculpture,
quilting are other forms of artful ex-
pression from the residents in the area
to visitors and other residents. You can
find craft exhibits, artist showings, the-
atrical productions and musical venues
of any variety through the year.
Whether it is music, visual arts, or
theatre, the arts provide expression for
its participants and culture and enter-
tainment for its audience.
