Adventist Medical Center
A 302- bed acute care hospital lo-
cated just minutes from Clackamas
near Mall 205 is a quality leader and
full-service healthcare facility with
major emphasis in general surgery,
cardiology, neurosurgery, internal
medicine, emergency services, men-
tal health, cancer services obstetrics,
and orthopedics. It is home to the
Northwest Regional Heart Center,
which is in the nation’s top 10 per-
cent for the speed and accuracy in
treating heart attack patients and is
one of only two hospitals in Oregon
with an accredited Chest Pain Cen-

Kaiser Permanente
Kaiser Sunnyside Medical
Center is home to the
Kaiser Permanente North-
west Center for Heart and Vascular
Care. The Center is the first to offer
heart surgery in Clackamas County,
providing rapid access to life-saving
care. We’re the only Portland
hospital recognized by the United
Nations for our promotion of
breastfeeding and extra support for

NW Primary Care
Northwest Primary Care is a
team of Family Practice and
Internal Medicine practitio-
ners. Northwest Sleep Health and
Northwest Therapy are also part of
the NW Primary Care family.
Our model of care is based on the
concept of a relationship-centered
personal medical home, where
patients can receive a variety of
services, including acute, chronic
and preventive medical care. This
