“ALL THINGS HOLIDAY”
— Northwest Senior
Theatre’s variety show features a talented
cast of seniors performing holiday songs,
dances and comedy skits. Shows are held
Wednesday through Saturday at 2 p.m. on
Nov. 20-23 at Alpenrose Dairy Opera House,
6149 S.W. Shattuck Road. There is plenty of
free parking, and the site is wheelchair and
walker friendly. A donation of $5 is appreci-

HOLIDAY ART SHOW
— The Village Gallery of
Arts, 12505 N.W. Cornell Road, in Cedar Mill,
each November and December offers a Holi-
day Show. The show runs through Dec. 23.
New items will be added daily. All items are

“IF IT’S MONDAY, THIS MUST BE CHRISTMAS”
Beaverton Civic Theatre presents a holiday
mystery that opens Friday, Nov. 22, and runs
through Sunday, Dec. 8. Wise cracks and
plot twists fly faster than Santa’s sleigh in
this yuletide whodunit, featuring down-and-
out gumshoe, Harry Monday, when the Har-
rigan’s department store payroll goes miss-
ing, along with the store’s St. Nick. With on-
ly one day, Christmas Eve, to solve the case,
can Harry piece together the clues and find
the felons? Presented by the Beaverton Arts
Commission, the show will run weekends in
the Beaverton City Library Auditorium,
12375 S.W. Fifth St. Performances are sched-
uled for Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and
Sundays at 2 p.m. Admission is $15 for
adults, $12 seniors, students and groups of
10, and $5 for youth ages 10 and younger. For

HARVEST MARKET
— The Beaverton Farmers
Market will hold its annual Harvest Market
on Saturday, Nov. 23, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The Harvest Market features new and re-
turning vendors featuring holiday trim-
mings, greens, gifts, food products, fresh
turkey and everything you need for your
holiday table. Stock up on all your fall favor-
ites while you enjoy the live music and sip
on a warm cup of freshly brewed coffee or
cider. Chat with your favorite vendors, and
gather your goodies for the upcoming holi-
days. The market will be collecting food and
toy donations for Tualatin Valley Gleaners,
a nonprofit organization that helps local

BEAVERTON COMMUNITY BAND FALL CONCERT
The band will perform Sunday, Nov. 24, at 3
p.m. in the Cedar Hills United Church of
Christ, 11695 S.W. Park Way. The annual Fall
Concert is free. The band will be led by con-
ductor Elizabeth Zinger. The playlist this
season has something for everyone: A chal-
lenge for the upper woodwinds in the rapid
runs of John William’s “Midway March.” A
