Eastbank Contractor Appli-
ances is comprised of six part-
ners/owners, with over 125
years combined experience in
the appliance industry. East-
bank provides builders, remod-
elers, designers, architects,
sub-contractors, and their
clients a professional environ-
ment for in-depth consultation
covering all aspects of kitchen
and home design pertaining to
appliances. The professionals
at Eastbank have had some “re-
tail” experience and are aware
that in retail environments
there are constraints that do
not allow for this level of com-
mitment in time and effort.
At Eastbank we recommend
products based on the custom-
ers habits, desires, and prefer-
ences. We balance functional-
ity, quality, and performance
to meet their requirements.
We at Eastbank Contractor
Appliances consult with all the
partners involved in a project
including, cabinet makers, in-
stallers, electricians, counter-
top fabricators, plumbers, and
any others necessary to ensure
project goals are met or ex-
ceeded. Our goal is to create
and nurture lasting relation-
ships with clients based on
trust, knowledge, and experi-
ence with ongoing consulta-
tion and follow-up, leading the
industry in the commitment to
ensure success and satisfaction
in a job well done.
Eastbank chose a central lo-
cation (3 minutes across the
Hawthorne Bridge fromDown-
town Portland). This location
is conveniently situated just
blocks from associated suppli-
ers such as Pratt & Larson Tile,
Oregon Tile & Marble, CF&I, Or-
egon Blue Print, CFM, Intrepid
Marble and Granite and many
others, making this a one stop
neighborhood for many proj-
ect needs. It is also close to
the cafes and shops the Haw-
thorne area is known for.
We have been associated
with the Home Builders Associ-
ation of Metropolitan Portland
for many years and have served
on committees such as Street
of Dreams Executive Commit-
tee. Thanks to Todd Delahunt
for this years viking kitchen in
the “Montauck!” We have also
been privileged to support the
Professional remodelers As-
sociation since its inception as
the remodelers Council.
Many of the co-owners of
Eastbank Contractors Appli-
ances have travelled the USA as
well as world in search of inno-
vative quality appliances. We
have visited factories in Germa-
ny, England, Turkey and Italy to
see for ourselves if their prod-
ucts meet our high standards.
We steer away from products
that are in a race to the bottom
quality wise, and designed
solely to hit price points in “Big
Box” stores. We recommend
products we believe in.
We would like to thank all of
the people that helped usmake
this a reality. The outpouring of
support was humbling. Thank
you to all of the contractors,
suppliers, craftsmen, manufac-
turers, friends, family, business
associates…and many people
just passing by! We couldn’t
have done it without you! We
are now open!
Co-owners are TomDinsdale,
Derek Berg, Jackie Paul, rob
Kemp, Thom Feller and Terry
Hellman. Call us anytime at
(503) 954-1192.
