arenMinzer-ConzettiMD,
is a board certified
dermatologist. She completed
her dermatology residency at
Oregon Health and Science
University.
She attended medical school
at University of California,
San Francisco, where she
remained for her pediatrics
internship. She grew up in
New Jersey and is the first
physician in her family. Prior
to her medical career, she
was a professional classical
musician, performing with
orchestras around the United
States and Japan.
Her favorite local activities
include enjoying Portland’s
culinary offerings, visiting
local farms, and attending
concerts. She enjoys spending
time with her husband and
energetic young sons, hiking,
camping, backpacking, yoga,
jogging and traveling.
A
native of southeast
Michigan, Dr. Heh
Shin Kwak attended the
University of Michigan
Medical School, where
she graduated in 2005.
During medical school,
she conducted clinical
research under the auspices
of a National Institutes of
Health fellowship, working
with leading researchers in
the field of dermatology at
the University of Michigan.
Dr. Kwak went on to fulfill
her residency training in
dermatology at Stanford
University, where she was
selected to serve as Chief
Resident from 2008-2009.
Dr. Kwak is a board
certified dermatologist and
an affiliate of the American
Board of Dermatology and
the American Academy
of Dermatology. She
also serves as a volunteer
dermatologist at the Wallace
Medical Concern, which
provides health care services
for Portland residents who
face barriers to health care.
When she is not seeing
patients, Dr. Kwak enjoys
cooking and baking. She
also spends her time rock
climbing and exploring the
great Northwest outdoors
with her husband Phil.
Dr. Minzer-Conzetti and Dr.
Kwak practice with Dr. Eric
Hanson, Dr. Aaron Loyd,
and Craig Schultz, FNP.
Their offices are located at
the Healing Place adjacent to
Providence Milwaukie Hospi-
tal and in northeast Portland.
