activities. The Tualatin Hills Nature Park
and Interpretive Center offers a serene and 

peaceful setting to take an afternoon stroll, 
while Progress Ridge Lake offers a nice dock 

to dip your toes in the water and cast a ishing 
line.

Another noteworthy attraction is the 
fountain at City Park, next to the Beaverton 
City Library. The fountain is like stepping back 

in time and playing in the sprinkler on a hot 
summer’s day.

For those feeling adventurous, the rock 
climbing wall at Stoneworks Climbing Gym 
really gets the blood pumping! It’s a great 

place to take a date and try something new!
Just because the sun goes down doesn’t 

mean Beaverton closes up shop.
