Beaverton Celebrates with Ten Tiny Dances
An experiment in confned space. Ten Tiny Dances is a performance series dedicated to fostering inventive dance/performance art and providing an accessible performance experience for a diverse audience… all on a 4 by 4 foot stage . Spectators visit a series of stages where in the end they experience a total of 10 dances performed by several dancers or dance groups, representing diverse cultures and dance genres. The experience is a celebration of the diversity in Beaverton.
Beaverton’s Sculpture Installation Program
Temporary art installations in Beaverton’s Public Art collection generates a sense of place and welcomes visitors to the Beaverton City Library. Gathering is a sculpture by CJ Rench.
Beaverton’s Mural Program
The Beaverton Arts Commission’s Mural Program provides opportunities for local artists to build community and add vibrancy to our local landscape. This mural was made possible through a grant from the Beaverton Arts Commission and matching funds from the community.
Beaverton Last Tuesday – Summer Concert Series
Live music, arts and crafts vendors and fne dining at The Round restaurants: MiNGO, mio SUSHI and Typhoon!. An outdoor celebration of great music, art and food, enjoyed by all age groups. The Last Tuesday series is on the last Tuesday of June, July and August, in the Public Plaza at The Round.
