Welcome to the eighth-annual 2013-2014
Clackamas County Answer Guide. The county
is continuing to see many changes while it’s
been dealing with economic challenges. This
coming year has shown an upswing in our local
economy and community growth. We have
been working to keep the communities we
serve informed of these continued changes.
This year’s guide includes important phone numbers,
addresses and websites in the county, along with new features
and updates on what’s new in each of our neighborhoods. That
is our goal. We hope you will find this resource guide as a use-
ful collection of information about our diverse and vibrant com-
munities.
I was thinking back to the first publication in 2005 when the
county’s theme was Live, Work and Play in Clackamas County.
I believe that today, more than ever, that this theme rings true for
many of our residents.
I would like to personally invite our readers to let us know of
new ideas or suggestions for the next upcoming guide so our
staff can work those in.
And as I always say, if we have done our job, we believe you
will still be using this resource guide when the next year’s issue
publishes.
