PORTLAND SATURDAY MARKET
— Shop for artisan products, eat gourmet food and
check out a variety of entertainers are you stroll the exhibit booths at Portland Satur-
day Market. The market season lasts from March through Christmas Eve this year.
Hours are Saturdays from 10 a.m. To 5 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m.
to 4:30 p.m. The market is located at Waterfront Park and Ankeny Pla-

PORTLAND ART MUSEUM
— Get a little culture at the Portland Art Muse-
um. Cyclepedia, an exhibition of iconic bicycle design, will be featured from
June 8 through Sept. 8. The museum is located in downtown Portland at 1219

SANDY RIVER DELTA
— You and your dogs are going to love the Sandy
River Delta. The 1,400-acre nature area and the majority of the trails have
been designated as off-leash areas for four-legged pals. Also known as the
1,000-Acre Park, amenities include toilets and dog bag stations, though
there is no running water onsite. Located off Interstate 84 in Troutdale.
EAT GRILLED CHEESE
— For kids at heart, it doesn’t get much better
than having grilled cheese for dinner, unless of course, you’re eating it out of
a converted school-bus restaurant. The Grilled Cheese Grill has three loca-
tions, in Southeast, Northeast and Downtown Portland. Choose your favorite ingredients

FESTA ITALIANA
— Celebrate Italian-American culture Aug. 22-24 from 11 a.m.
to 11 p.m. in Pioneer Courthouse Square with Festa Italiano with music, food and
